My journey into the world of nutrition and health began with a deep-rooted passion for understanding the body’s unique needs, especially for women over 40. As a certified nutritionist with years of experience, my mission is to empower women to take control of their health through informed, personalised choices.

I hold a Certificate in Understanding Obesity from the University of Edinburgh, where I gained in-depth knowledge about the complexities of obesity, its causes, and effective management strategies. This qualification has equipped me with the skills to help clients navigate weight challenges with empathy and science-backed approaches.

In addition, I earned a Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health from Chichester College. This certification gave me a broad understanding of how nutrition impacts overall health, the intricacies of different diets, and the importance of a balanced lifestyle. Recently, I expanded my expertise by completing a Nutrition through the Menopause course at East Sussex College in Hastings, where I learned the latest research and strategies to support women during this transformative life stage.

My true passion lies in helping women lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. I believe in the power of food as medicine and the role it plays in balancing hormones, boosting energy, and improving overall well-being. My approach is holistic, focusing not just on what you eat but also on how you live, move, and think.
